Elizabeth has always been keenly interested in Real Estate, but Mortgages were her passion. Helping people is her calling and obtaining the right mortgage for her clients particular situation is what she likes to do. She specializes in the MOST COMPLEX and CHALLENGING Mortgages across Ontario. Elizabeth is an Agriculture Mortgage Specialist with connections in the Banking Industry and in the Private Lending Industry. She wears jeans and drives a big black 4x4 truck because she is always on farms. She knows the Agriculture industry and in particular she specializes in Dairy Farms. It may have to do with her parents having a Dairy Farm when she was small and therefore she has a soft spot for the black and whites (though she has been known to fawn over all breeds).
Elizabeth works extra hard and goes above and beyond for ALL her clients (regardless of whether they are residential or Agriculture clients) as they will ALL attest. She is often in her home office at 6am and responding to text messages at 10pm. She calls it, "farmer's hours". As she explains it, as long as she is awake, she is responding to her phone either by text or voice message and it is because her clients all work varied hours and she also needs to be available for her Mortgage Agents should they have questions because they too, are available to their clients.
